Return Policy

Returns Policy 

Our returns policy is valid for 30-days from date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in original condition and within original packaging.

Please note: At this time, we do not cover the cost of international returns. Customers wishing to return items internationally are responsible for shipping cost.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your original payment method. However, if your refund has not been posted within 5 business days from the time we have received your refund, please email us at info@rhinoband.com.
