30 Day Returns

Rhino Brand Return Policy - Effective February 2nd 2021 10:00am eastern time

Our returns policy is valid for 30-days from date of delivery.Please contact customer service at help@rhinobrand.com to start your return process. Please be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise stated by our Customer Service team. The order number MUST be included inside the package. If we are unable to identify your account, your return may not be processed. **Please be sure to keep your tracking number/information for future reference. Rhino Brand will not be held liable for lost or missing returns.** 
  • Returned items must be in original condition and within original packaging. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returned items. 
  • Returned items that are not in original condition and/or not in their original packaging will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.(** Please note Rhino Brand reserves the right to reject the entire return or may choose to impose an additional restocking fee for replacement of any missing or damaged components in the package.)
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. A product refund will be issued to the customer’s original payment method. Shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your original payment method. However, if your refund has not been posted within 5 business days from the time we have received your returned item, please email us at help@rhinobrand.com.


Only regular priced items may be refunded.


Exchanges are only applicable to defective or damaged items. To handle, please contact Customer Service at help@rhinobrand.com to start your warranty claim.
